Adiabatic limit of RKKY range function in one dimension

نویسندگان

چکیده

The RKKY interaction is an important theoretical model for indirect exchange in magnetic multilayer. expression range function three dimension and lower has been derived the 1950s. However, one still studied recent years, due to its strong singularity. By using adiabatic limit of retarded Green’s form that directly related dimension, we decompose singularity recover function. Furthermore, show limit, also induces one-dimensional spin pumping distance-dependent damping.

RKKY range function of a one-dimensional noninteracting electron gas

The apparently straightforward evaluation of the Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida RKKY range function, or more generally, of the linear density modulation n x induced at zero temperature in a noninteracting onedimensional electron gas by a localized static impurity modeled with a function potential has proven surprisingly troublesome. Although the original calculation gave an incorrect answer,1 mo...

Optimal Color Range Reporting in One Dimension

Color (or categorical) range reporting is a variant of the orthogonal range reporting problem in which every point in the input is assigned a color. While the answer to an orthogonal point reporting query contains all points in the query range Q, the answer to a color reporting query contains only distinct colors of points in Q. In this paper we describe an O(N)-space data structure that answer...

Simulations of transport in one dimension

Advection-dispersion equation is solved in numerically by using combinations of differential quadrature method (DQM) and various time integration techniques covering some explicit or implicit single and multi step methods. Two different initial boundary value problems modeling conservative and nonconservative transports of some substance represented by initial data are chosen as test problems. ...
